Doss Visual Solution
The company is the Leader in the production of visual inspection machines
In 1990 Doss Visual Solution S.r.l. (Erbusco–BS) took its first steps in the field of industrial software for the numerical control of robotized machines, machine tools, and robotics. Over the years the company expanded its know-how to the mechanical, electric and electronic engineering production phases (engineering and production of electrical cabinets, control panels and vision software).

As the number of customers increased and became more demanding, Doss Visual Solution Srl enlarged its business by building its own mechanical shop. Since then it has supplied more than 500 standalone machines for industrial automation.
Today’s demand for more reliable and severe quality controls, as well as advances in industrial data processing and electronics, have enabled Doss Visual Solution Srl to develop extremely innovative machines.
Doss optical inspection machines are based on the latest artificial vision technologies, allowing manufacturers to perform grounded assessments and reliability certification of each batch manufactured and delivered, more quickly and efficiently than it was possible in the past.
Artificial vision technologies apply to a vast range of markets: rubber, plastics, ceramics, paper, glass, metal, etc., whose conformity and quality must be guaranteed.
DOSS employs about 30 people to handle the various aspects of product engineering, from mechanical, electrical and electronic designs to mechanical assembly and programming. They also control the production process and manage the commercial and financial department.
Doss Visual Solution Srl supplies both standard and customized solutions according to customer needs. For this reason the company can boast of a broad customer base both in Italy and abroad.
Each year Doss Visual Solution Srl takes part in the most important industry trade shows as for example: PLAST (Milan), K (Germany), EXPOBOR (Brazil) and EQUIPLAST (Spain), CHINAPLAST in China, RUBBEREXPO in USA, TÜYAP in Turkey, TYRES&RUBBER in Russia, KOPLAS in Korea.
