Description

Automatic sorting machine for diaphragms and similar parts.

It consists in 5 parallel stations to check the seal. The operator loads the parts manually on a synchronized revolving table with double button. 5 stations will check the loss of pression and they will detect the defected part.
Pick&place devices will prepare the parts for the dimensional and surface inspection. At the end of the cycle, a robot will select and unload the rejected parts and will place the good ones into the relative gathering blisters.

An additional lung with empty and full blisters complete the supply guaranteeing a longer autonomy.

The operator sets the parameters and the tolerances and the machine completes a report relative to the good parts. The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and the traceability of the inspected batches.
