Kit machine assistance

This kit has been studied and developed on various requests from our customers who have more than one DOSS machine and need a system able to make the “reporting” process easier.

This kit is able to interpret and recognize each machine model, each development stage and to convey everything into your company’s net thanks to a “decoder” allowing the access to data to whomever and whenever you want.  

This kit has various functions: 

• General monitoring of the machines’ state (a line for each machine).
• Display the machine’s state in real time, “control panel” on line (with or without direct access to the machine according to the password level )
• View of the machine in real time by means of external cameras in order to check crucial points.
• Insight for each machine with the possibility of printing graphics, certificates and everything that is foreseen for that single machine..
• Historical data analysis , for each machine, traceability of all the machine’s serial number.
• Batch / data sheet management
• Remote control (out of the local net, via internet)
• Sending of Instant Messages (SMS, to mobile phones)
• Sending emails
• Data (statistics) archive
• List of the most recurrent machine stops, with alarms details.
• Communication to other platforms, towards other operative systems.
• Sending set of data to external programs for data management.

Moreover, for each machine, there is the possibility to indicate the reason of the machine’s stop (manually), for example
