Description

Automatic sorting machine for big gaskets, composed of 6 inspection stations. The feeding unit conveys the pieces, one by one, on the handling system which carries them to the "Pick&Place" device. This will load one piece at a time onto the checking stations.

Two pulleys, one of which is motorized, will put the piece in rotation. Each camera inspects one portion of the piece thus guaranteeing the check on the whole surface.

The operator chooses the parameters and the tolerances to follow and he obtains, as a result, a complete report of the good parts. The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches.
