Description

Automatic sorting machine. The pieces will be loaded in a bulk and then separated, in different bins, into good parts (iin the tolerance range) and scraps, at the end of each inspection cycle.
The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting for each type.
This machine is available in two versions:

• Automatic: lenses and feeding system are completely motorized (motors with encoders). The machine can be set automatically in few seconds.
• Manual: manual optimization of the zoom and aperture as well as of the feeding system. The estimated time for this operation is 15'.

The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability

Optional

Both versions (automatic and manual) can be equipped, even later, with a single peripheral unit for the inspection of the border's surface and with packaging and labelling machine.
