dsULTRA is a semi-automatic machine for the visual inspection of large O-rings (up to 1000 OD).

The part is loaded into the machine by hand on the item handling and clamping system, and the vision system, consisting of 5 cameras with multi-shot technology, allows a 360° inspection of the part.

dsMAX enables the visual inspection of parts that are too large for glass tables to manage, thanks to a manipulator robot that handles the movement of the parts. An automatic sorting machine composed of two semi-transparent glass tables that makes it possible to inspect both sides of parts with the use of a mechanical flipper. The material to be sorted is loaded through a feed system that is capable of handling items of various sizes and materials.

The operator sets the parameters and tolerances that must be respected and the system generates a report on the compliant parts, details regarding defective parts, and statistical reports.
